^ Lenticular indeed. A lot of shear up there from converging air being pushed up by the mountains...

Really great visualisation of the funnelling of wind through this valley as you can see the top soil being whipped up from the wind at low level as well...

I was going to say the US...but feel I may be wrong...

Very nice picture, not sure I would have wanted to be flying there or experiencing the wind in that valley though
