Heard the owners are looking to sell the property as they are not interested in investing to refurbish, seems a hard job for their new GM Frank who used to work for MO and Six Senses.
Just learned that the BT group bought out the owners and now owns the hotel, they are planning to invest a couple of million US$ in the refurbishment starting near the end of the year.
Sounds good as the hotel is in a perfect location with an amazing beach.^
