Over half of them were let go in Japan, all of them in China, HKG, and MNL. The half that remain in Japan will work as FA's on narrow body 757's until the end of the year when there contract expires. And they were IFSR's (In-flight Service Representatives) or known as Interpreter's. They will be greatly missed as they were hard working and gave that extra service that many FA working an assigned cart position cannot do, as they were and extra body to fill in the small details.
