Well, your best bet is probably going to be Alaska. I flew with them from KOA-SJC a few months ago and had been tracking the fares pretty religiously. They tended to fluctuate but i snagged a solid $180 o/w only about a month out. Lowest was $150. I doubt prime time July will be be as forgiving though, but there seems to be a significant increase in sumer capacity this year. A lot depends on how flexible your dates are.
