You can look at it this way: how much time do you give yourself before a flight? I personally like at least 90 min before a flight. I know it might be overkill but I really hate that sensation of being rushed or worried that I'm going to miss a flight.
That said, you currently have about 130min between flights.
So, if you went with my 90-min rule of thumb, you have 40 min in which to exit the plane after landing, walk to immigration (also assuming that you aren't remote parked and having to take the bus), get in line to be processed, then pick up your bags (if they're checked) and then get through the immigration line. Then you need to walk to the other terminal.
I think 40 min is cutting it a bit close for all that activity - and that presumes your flight arrives on time.
