The rate code doesn't mention anything about points exclusion, it simply reads as follows:

King Hilton Deluxe Plus Spacious Deluxe Room With Sea View, Internet (Rate Code: A0FA6Q)

I was upgraded to a King corner room on the executive floor which was nice, but was just the usual status based upgrade given at check-in. It's not my first stay at this hotel either, last time I stayed there was in November last year and I got a pretty decent points haul then. That was booked the same way, using the same rate code.

Also, I have stayed at other Hilton hotels since this one and got I points for those stays so I doubt it has anything to do with my company TA renegotiating their contract with Hilton.

This has to be some sort of screw up, but the HH customer care rep really threw me when he mentioned the booking rate being ineligible for points. I'll definitely call them back tomorrow.
