Yeah, I got lucky with the username, amazed it wasn't already taken!

Just to be clear, I booked the hotel through our corporate booking engine (Concur) and that is linked to our corporate TA (Amex Travel) but that's the way I always book my travel (in line with corporate guidelines).

As soon as I made the booking it popped up in my HH account like any other booking and even now I can see it as a past stay, I just didn't get any rewards for it. Over the past few months I have booked stays at the Hilton Copenhagen Airport, Hilton Austin, Hilton Santa Clara, Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa, Hilton Milan, Hilton Tel Aviv, Hilton London Tower Bridge, Hilton Warsaw, Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle, Hilton Stockholm Slussen, Hilton Sandton and Hilton Istanbul hotels. I have booked them all in the same way and every time the same thing happens, they pop up in my HH account and a few days later the points get credited to my account.

Seems really strange that all of sudden my corporate rate isn't eligible for HH points and personally I don't believe a word of it. Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely call them back and follow up with an email. Let's see what happens...
