I would like to upgrade my flights in June from Econ to Business. I have called BA multiple times (on 800-452-1201 and AIRWAYS) only to get a recording that all reps are busy and to call back. I emailed them on their website, but no one answered back. Does anyone have a cs phone number that connects with a person that can help me? I find it unbelievable that their phone lines are always busy.
