Perfect - Normally Customer Service is doing a good job and solve most one the phone (based on my own experience). I have been so lucky to see the application running the EB program and I can tell that it is not one of the newest one. It have not been changed since they started 20 years ago :-) So sometimes funny things can happen :-)
