30K a month is 360K a year. In many non-tax haven countries, the capital gains tax is 10% assuming you keep your assets for more than a year. So the threshold is a minimum 3.6 million at which this strategy starts to give any returns. There will not be too many takers.

It looks like Cayman Islands or Vanuatu are more attractive detinations than living permanently on the road (travelling).
