Just returned from JFK in New First. On the outbound flight there was a bright blue light under the headphone connection which stayed on throughout the flight, which was annoying while trying to sleep.

On the return the light was not on, just like the other times I have been in first. I asked the crew what the light indicated but they didn't know.

So I'm hoping one of our knowledgeable FTers will know what the light indicates?
