As Flex PQM tend to post a couple of weeks after reedemable FF miles post from spending on my Chase PP, I was wondering if anybody knows, or will know in the next few months from their own experience, if Flex PQM "earned" in a Chase PP billing cycle before the card is canceled will be posted in due course after cancelation, or will I only see the Flex PQM that are both earned and posted prior to the non-renewal/cancelation of the Chase PP credit card.

I already keep track of my monthly net spending, so I know when I'll be near my next $ 5000 net spending increment, but when I get towards the end of my PP membership year, I want to time things so I get as close to the next 1000 Flex PQM award without going too much over.

For me, CapitalOne Venture (I got the 100K miles bonus) is a much better way to get PQMs, as "free" tickets paid with Venture earn PQM (as well as redeemable miles), unlike "reward" flights books with UA miles. $ 60 vs. $ 395, not a hard call.
How does CapitalOne Venture earn PQMs?

Also, remember CapitalOne Venture redeemable miles and UA redeemable miles are not the same. That $495 roundtrip economy fare on UA will cost a maximum of 25,000 UA miles while the same trip will cost 49,500 CapitalOne Venture miles.
