Thanks in advance. I'm really curious to see what it was like. Just got back today and the airport still seems to be a wreck.
Here is a picture of the CS line at 6:00 PM taken from gate C-18. Note the people sitting down. As described earier, then line went to the right all the way to the UC entrance. I also wasn't sure who the UA employee (bottom right corner with glasses on) was or what she was doing at the CS counter. She wasn't actually helping any customers. At this time, there were two agents actively helping people.
