Being a PC Platinum is not always all that great - unlike Starwood (which I used to be), the perks are very, very variable.

That said, I have a friend who is getting married in London in September, and I would like to get an exceptional hotel experience for that night (only), for less than £300. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, bearing in mind my Platinum status (I can check in).

I guess what I'm looking for is a recommendation for a plush hotel, which I could call up and arrange something with - has anyone any experience of cooperative hotels who might wiggle a little extra for PC Platinum? Failing that, any other suggestions?

I figured I'd ask here before asking the more general audience on London hotels generally.
