In the end we are all in deep trouble going forward with this airline. It is time to put our business realities first and do what is required and that is booking on an airline that meets our business goals first and quit defending a company who really doesn't seem to care that much for our business in the first place. The first time I lose a seven figure deal due to the company I put my trust in to get me where I need to be will the the very last time I ever do business with them. I cannot afford to take that chance no matter what - pretty simple and in the end, lost opportunities are not easily replaced. I could give a squat if I was sitting in the back or not - if I am not where I need to be when I need to be there then shame on me.
