Well, I just went through immigration, absolutely a breeze, this morning at 7nish... immigration counter were quite empty with one line of about 4 persons, ... I could have just gone through the normal counter, but no, I chose to go to Fast Track, which was empty and closed, but the diplomatic counter was opened, went there, didnot even need to show boarding pass and got through, no problems.
