4/4 opened account.
4/5 verified bank account and funded, but the earliest transaction date is 4/9 (not sure why it cannot be earlier).
4/9 received 7.5k miles

If nothing in two weeks, I'd suggest you to contact them, and make sure you've opened the account under the correct promotion.
