Indeed it would help to know where we was travelling from in Surrey! Surry is a rather large county with several rail routes.

If close to Croydon this would be possible

West Croydon (london overground) >>> Canada Water >>> Jubilee Line

(and as this avoids zone 1 would be cheaper too)

East Croydon >>> London Bridge (first capital connect) >>> Jubilee Line
