The small plane terminal was undergoing renovation early last month so not sure what is there now and whether the work has been completed (will find out tomorrow as I'm flying out of there).

If you want to eat airside, just continue down to the main area instead of the 90s gate and regional terminal (connected via a long walkway), and then head back when it's time (not worth waiting in that terminal).
