Continental (dba UA) is on a wing and prayer right now - but there is NO ACCOUNTABILTY. No one from the FAA or anyone else is saying get your [act] together. For two months now, they've had multiple failures and NO ONE is truly holding them accountable.

The debacle is not over. Painful as DL/NWA was for some, it fails in comparison of the true incompetence and failure that UA/CO remains.

Yes, nothing new here to read from my post, but only a question: IS ANYONE GOING TO TRULY HOLD UNITED ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS FIASCO THEY HAVE CREATED?
These mergers are rough. DL and NW did relatively well with the merger, especially the two web pages, but I feel for USA and AA if they merge. It is going to be a long, long, ordeal for customers.
