In Fastair you had to sync each passenger's ticket one at a time.
Do you know if it's a problem when the passengers on the same PNR have different last names?
+1 and I were on the same PNR during IROPS the other day and in rebooking us, the agent ended up splitting +1 off onto her own PNR to facilitate her rebooking. The agent seemed to indicate it would have been easier if our last names were the same.
