Not sure about the exact booking classes on NH and UA, but since I guess your concern is the ability to earn miles, as per http://www.aircanada.com/shared/en/common/flights/pop_aeroplanmileage_nh.html AC V will earn 70% and AC W will earn 50% if booked as AC codeshare operated by NH. The UA operated flight will earn 100% in any case.
