Probably going to get burned on this, but...
Prior to 3/3 and Shares, I was able to process an entire A319 in about 40 minutes or so with FastAir with Online (stay UA), *A, and other alliances.
Now with Shares, my queue times have exponentially grew. An example was 06may Xjet RJ, had maybe about 20 folks in my line and it still took me about 1.5 hours (

) to get through most of the line, rebooking and protection. Granted, I spent most of my time typing all the commands I could as fast as I could (not that it matters but my WPM is 90-110 and sometimes faster).
I do miss the auto oa availability that Fastair used to provide as that helped.
Still trying to learn shortcuts, but so few and far between, it's just a bunch of long entries and a bit time consuming.
My opinion on the Shares transition is just that, time consuming and a little more restrictive than what I was used to but there are a few ways to creatively cut some corners that can reduce the amount of typing while still making legal entries to work out the kinks in the system. It does have the ability to do "most" of the work processes that Fastair/Apollo were able to do but without the speed. But that's just one PMUA agent's opinion.
