Apples and oranges my friend. SQ also can't do a aircraft boarding process in less than 1/2 hour and their SOP is to start boarding at the 45-60 minute mark with 4-5 agents at the gate. Give them a A320 with 145 pax, 25 minutes to board, and 2 agents and their SOP will fall apart.
