Sorry, it's described on here quite regularly. Option 1 is take out an Expert Flyer subscription and look for booking class D on your preferred dates.

Option 2 is to log on to your Skywards account and look for a Saver Reward Fare in Business. If this is available then so is an upgrade to Business as they both come out of booking class D

Option 3 is to call them and they'll check a few dates for you.
