It actually was cheaper for me to book it that way for the HGI as the rate was lower $20/day for 2 nights rather than booking for 5 nights!

Looking forward to both stays, as the only hotel I stay at is the Hilton for the LAX location...

Is it weird that I choose to stay near the airport even though I am actually sort of on a vacation? I find that it is most central to everything, beaches, downtown and close to the OC area( love the beaches/shopping there).

And yes, I only use corporate codes for ALL bookings, 20% BAR every time
