Missing FEQMs from April card statement as well. They used to post at a certain time of the month and they didn't this time. Not sure if they rebooted it such that you started from zero as of a certain date or something--there was a similar issue when they changed from the old earning ratio (2000 miles per $15,000 or something?) to the current one (1000 miles per $5000) and basically they prorated but spending that didn't reach a threshhold by a certain date was basically lost as the count restarted for the new ratio.

Not sure if I should wait for the May statement to close (will be soon) and see if maybe things shake out. Trying to straighten it out may not get anywhere anyway!

Keeping this card instead of going to the new one because of the FEQMs, so I hope they figure it out soon.
