Apologies for these newbie questions but can't seem to get this information anywhere else.
All CX longhaul flights have a flat bed, including the flights you mentioned. its just that your LHE flights will have the old J herringbone seats, not sure about SYD, they may have the new J. Either way both seats are flat bed.
