You can change most aspects of the return, not including origin city, after flying the outbound. However you can only make ONE change online. After that it's phone changes only. Nobody here complains because we all book one-ways.

That works well if you are only booking flights for yourself, but if you are a corporate travel planner booking dozens of flights, this means doubling the workload, and that is really not feasible for the occasional situation that comes up like this one. If WN is really trying to appeal to the business traveler, they really should make a serious effort to correct this flaw. Also, many business travelers do not like having to worry about different confirmation numbers for each leg of their trip.
