$600 a night is a lot in Vancouver and it'll open a lot of doors. I personally like the Shangri-La the most (I'm very impressed by this chain in general) but Fairmont Pacific Rim would be my second choice. I'd definitely pick the Pacific Rim out of the two hotels you listed.
Think we will be staying at the Pacific Rim,i have been doing some ground work and the Fairmont Pacific Rim in my opinion seems to be the better hotel.
But while doing the ground work i came across the hotel Shangri-la which i was impressed with as well as you have mentioned above.
Now it's between the two.
Shall we stay at the Pacific Rim because of the lovely views or stay in the Shangri-la which is more central.
Has anyone stayed at both? if so what would in you're opinion be the pros and cons of both hotels.
