When are you gonna be in Chicago/Milwaukee? If it's over the Summer and you want to check out Milwaukee then visit http://www.summerfest.com for a listing of all the big wknd festivals on the Milwaukee lakefront. SUmmerfest is the big 10 day festival but there are other (smaller) weekend ethnic festivals too. Always a great time.
