Unless you need to go to Paris/Europe on the way, I would say EK anytime. AF's J doesn't even stack up with EK's (seating, service). Plus you'll get the chauffeur transfers at both ends.
Don't be fooled by AF's A380 as their J seating is so pre 2000.
