Wow, what?? You even found a way to blame UA (and an employee who makes an easy scapegoat because he is gone now and can't defend himself) for the problems CO caused by insisting on switching to SHARES, which not only lacks the GUI you mentioned, but also simply lacks a lot of the features (such as posting miles/redepositing certificates/issuing tickets instantly, as well as this very advanced thing called upgrade "waitlisting") that Apollo has had for ages??
