Tried to access a booking for June, just got an error message.
Tried the online chat function and was told it was no longer an IHG Hotel.

Nobody notified me and I now have to find an alternative, nice work IHG!

You really know how to look after your Priority Club members!
Appreciate your annoyance - but having stayed here last October I can tell you you haven't missed much. Not surprised it has left the group as it falls way short of the brand expectations.
