I was in a King exec traditional on the first floor earlier this year. The size and configuration of the room was fine- you could sit at the desk while another was sleeping in the bed, but it had very small/narrow windows that looked out on to an airshaft- not so inspiring. Also IIRC there were a series or 3-4 stairs up and down between the room and elevator/stairwell- something to consider with mobility issues.
