This is standard on all of my current BA reward bookings on AA metal:

M*REDEMPTION/RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY/RESTRICTED REFUND/NON ENDORSABLE

I guess it means what it says:

- It is a redemption
- There are restrictions
- Cannot be endorsed to another carrier
