I would definitely be interested in something like that. I regularly pay extra to stay onsite at Universal, where all three hotels tend to be very "pricey", but come with their unlimited Front of the Line passes.

I've had no reason to pay anything extra to Disney to stay at one of their deluxe hotels and thus I don't. I will use points to stay at the Swan/Dolphin or I will stay at one of their "value" resorts instead. (The benefits of the mono-rail, location, and amenties at the deluxe hotels doesn't come anywhere near the extra cost Disney charges for them.) But if they gave extra fastpass usages, I might be willing to pay extra for that type of benefit.
