We just returned from our third stay at this hotel and it continues to go above and beyond. The staff is exemplary. A gift was sent to both rooms on arrival. It included a box of chocolates, bottle of champagne, two large bottles of Evian and a box of mini pirouette type cookies. As a Diamond, I was given both rooms on the executive floor.

They've taken over the Evian Thermal pools that are next door and construction is going full bore on them currently getting ready for summer. I'm not sure when exactly they'll be done.

The club lounge was not open two of the days we were there but they had a small room set up off the bar where you could get drinks and food offerings the same as if it had been in the lounge. You could also orders drinks off the menu in the bar, at least that was my experience. The regular restaurant served breakfast with eggs any way you want them. Actually, even when the lounge was open I saw people eating soft boiled eggs there.

I continue to give this hotel a five star rating from my perspective. The staff remembers your name and is very customer oriented. This is a very well managed hotel.
