I know there are some time blocks when there are multiple Int'l arrivals (i.e. 5-7 a.m. and an afternoon European arrival block) but I don't think there are ever 12+ arrivals in such close timing that gate space would be an issue. DL has priority use of 6 of the gates which makes you think they'll have to continue to use E/other terminals in some capacity.
