I'm not sure. There aren't many details out there. My guess would be that they would leave plenty available for those not staying onsite.

I also heard there may some sort of different fastpass available for those staying in deluxe hotels. That's very interesting to me, because I've long said that Disney doesn't do very much for those staying at their premium properties.
