I'm going to assume it's the SpaceBed since the cabin matches another seatexpert page that depicts a 777-200 with spacebeds.

I've never flown the SpaceBed before but based on how old it is, I will definitely be happy with the new refurb seats. How do you rate those seats against the old Spacebeds? Is the KrisWorld and movie screen size as good as the new regional product?
I flew SIN-JNB-CPT (SQ478) with SpaceBeds last night... Can confirm the new regional seats are much better. The SpaceBed doesn't lie as flat, so you slip down to the bottom, the screen is smaller and the seats are just old. Not terrible but pretty dated. Everything worked OK though.
