What to do in 5-7 days in Chicago and the surrounding areas of Illinois?
I have about 5-7 days to spend in Chicago. It's not a lot of time, but does anyone here have any suggestion on what to do? I'm mostly into sightseeing, visiting museums, and seeing architecture. Milwaukee and Madison (Wisconsin) seems to be close by. Are they worth seeing? If so, is it relatively cheap to get transportation to go there and back to Chicago? Any other cities and towns near Chicago that's worth seeing?
