I cannot agree more to Raj. I am exactly in his situation, a small business owner doing 2-3 longhauls each year. I would like to add another enhancement, the validity of the e-vouchers which now are only 24 months. Since they are useless on LH now one would think of it as a minor problem, but they still work on SWISS.

When it comes to renumeration, however, UA gives considerably less points than LH. One can of course switch to AC or SK to get star alliance gold but then the benefits of a soft landing after gold and the SEN partner award goes away, as well as the possibility to requalify only every second year.

LH has tough times at the moment. I have VERY seriously considered moving to OW, but as long as LH sells A fares from Sweden I will stick to LH, since their F is superior to BA F. If that goes away I will immediately shift to OW since the C product of BA is miles better than LH.
