I think they'd both be about equivalent from a getting unwanted light perspective. Looking forward, you'd have lav traffic/light that would be bothersome, looking backward, there's the stairwell. Neither of them have that much traffic in flight, though, tbh. Probably a case of 6 one way half dozen the other.
