1. No, the policy of the long-haul/over-water portion applies. You'd get free baggage on both AA and BA.
2. AA.
3. I assume your actual route is MCO-MIA-LHR-TLV? Neither AA nor BA fly directly from MIA to TLV, so you have to change planes somewhere in Europe. Regardless, your bag should be tagged to TLV.
Look closely at your ticket. You should always check in with the
operating carrier, regardless of who sold the ticket.
