It'd help if you specified an origin city, but the answer appears to be yes. KE publishes a fare LHR-KTM routed LHR-ICN-KTM, and I would guess you could find such fares for other KE destinations in Europe. KE is a great option out of Europe, as they historically have not published their fares with separate YQ, so DL doesn't charge it. Apparently they do now charge YR (another coding for fuel surcharge) out of FRA, so you'd have to pay it. If you need AF/KL/AZ/RO/OK to get to a KE destination in Europe, however, you're going to pay through the nose in YQ, so you should price out buying that as a separate ticket.
