Kind of a pointless comparison as GAs/CSRs don't use native Apollo.

Fact - their tools were downgraded, and even accounting for the learning curve, it's not as user friendly & robust. Maybe when FastSHARES is rolled out this won't be an issue, but this team decided to integrate without it.

Plus, maybe it's business rules and not system, but those are inferior too (batch processing of tickets/upgrades).
