I did PEK and NRT in a single trip in 2010 on BA (but in CW). Photos of both cities in the TR in my sig.

I loved both, but would recommend Beijing for the culture. Flight back from NRT was a 12 hour day flight, which I really enjoyed. Got 5 hours sleep between meals and was basically back on GMT when I landed.
