You may very well be right. Although in the back my expectations are so low they are almost always met. To be honest, some of my best experiences regarding crews have been down the back.

I am surprised people let dirty airplanes, online checkin or even bad crews ruin (!) the flight. In my case how a crew behaves can not really ruin the experience. Premium travel is still a mode of transport to me so what impacts me is anything that affects the 2 major aspects why I travel J or F: sleep and a sense of privacy.

A bad crew does not impact the above. A screaming child or a 30C cabin does.

Of course I prefer excellent crews and sublime catering but those are bonuses. Sleep and privacy. That is it.
