Not to be overly graphic, but urine is non-toxic and sterile but does have an odor, just like cigarette smoke. How would anyone feel if people were urinating in public, splashing the stuff around on others, and then being offended when the splashee complained about the assault, using as their justification that urine is non-toxic, sterile, and just has an odor that others might not like? Is it the right of the public pisser to do as he pleases? Sorry, but that is the way a lot of people feel about being subjected to cigarette or cigar smoke. And by the way, smoke is actually toxic, unlike urine.
